What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery price for orders within the European Union is €3.95 and for all other locations is €4.75.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. Credit card payments are secured by SSL, which encrypts all your data in transit to ensure secure online transactions.

You can also choose to pay for your order through PayPal. In this case, you will be automatically forwarded to the PayPal site. If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in to make payment.

How long will delivery take?

Items are currently being shipped from Lithuania. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Delivery time within Europe is approx 1-2 weeks.

Delivery time for all other locations excluding European countries is approx 2-5 weeks.

Please note: These delivery times are estimates only and this may vary depending on location.

Can I return the item if I am not happy with it?

We are confident you will love our products as much as we love making them.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or a store credit.

Please send us a message using the form on the contact page to inform us.

The items must be returned unused, and in its original condition.

All return shipping costs are payable by the customer.

We recommend that you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during delivery and consider using tracked or registered mail carrier to track your item for your own peace of mind.

Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the conditions above.
